Quebracho beneficial and therapeutic properties

Quebracho is the collective name of three evergreen tree species growing in subtropical forests of South America, its bark and wood. The word comes from the Spanish “quiebra-hacha” which means “break an axe” and implies a high hardness wood trees quebracho. Tincture for poor circulation: put 2 tsp. of bark of quebracho in 200 ml of dry white wine and infuse for 10 days. To drink tincture 50 ml up to 4 times a day before meals.
